About the TV Anime
Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian is a TV anime adaptation of the popular light novel series by Sunsunsun (story) and Momoco (illustrations), published by Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko. Season 1 aired from July to September 2024, and Season 2 is scheduled for 2027.
The story follows Alya, the admired and aloof "princess" of her school, who for some reason only lets her guard down around her classmate Masachika Kuze — in Russian. What she doesn't know is that Masachika's Russian listening comprehension is at a native level.
