Asagiri Milk, a milk sweets brand rooted in the Asagiri Plateau at the foot of Mt. Fuji, is launching a new product — the "Asagiri Soufflé Cheesecake" — on March 15, 2026. The new item comes in two varieties: Plain and Shizuoka Matcha, and will be sold at permanent stores and select pop-up locations.

The matcha version uses a blend of organic sencha and organic matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture, bringing out a deep umami flavor with a refined hint of astringency.
