A Latte Sweets Shop Usually Only Found at Shinagawa Station
FiOLATTE is a latte sweets specialty shop themed around "latte art," with its permanent store inside Shinagawa Station. With the concept of "beautiful to the eye, and so joyful with every sip," the brand puts care into both its flavors and packaging—drawing latte art on the packaging itself to bring the brand's world to life visually.
The star product is the Sand Cookie, which won the Runner-up Grand Prize at the JR East Souvenir Grand Prix 2025. Normally only available at JR Shinagawa Station, these pop-up events are a valuable chance to get your hands on these sought-after sweets. The cookie features smooth mascarpone chocolate sandwiched between crunchy chocolate cookies with a coffee aroma. The mascarpone blended into the chocolate creates an elegant tiramisu-like flavor that has earned a devoted following.
