From March 24 (Tuesday) to April 24 (Friday), 2026, the ecute-nashte dining and shopping complex "GranSta Tokyo" and "GranSta Marunouchi," located inside and around JR Tokyo Station, will hold the annual Spring Bread Fair 2026. This year's theme is sandwiches, with a lineup of 13 new spring creations — including 10 GranSta-exclusive items — on offer for the duration of the event.
The selection spans a wide range of styles: a classic ham-and-cheese croissant sandwich, a colorful strawberry-and-pistachio cream sweet sand, a new mackerel katsu pretzel burger from the shop known for its grilled mackerel sushi, and a falafel sandwich (fried chickpea croquettes tucked into pita) drawing inspiration from Middle Eastern cuisine.
