Coca-Cola System's Kochakaden brand has launched its first-ever collaboration with Sanrio Characters, bringing 31 limited-edition bottle designs to stores nationwide from Monday, March 2, 2026. The collaboration spans six Kochakaden tea products, each featuring artwork depicting Sanrio's beloved characters — including Kuromi and Hapidanbui — enjoying Kochakaden tea in various scenes.

The six products featured in the collaboration include Kochakaden Royal Milk Tea (440ml PET / 280ml PET), Kochakaden Unsweetened Earl Grey Ice Tea (650ml PET), the newly released Kochakaden Gensen Shibori Peach Tea (440ml PET), Kochakaden Gensen Shibori Apple Tea (440ml PET / 280ml PET), and two Okinawa area-limited products: Kochakaden Garden Lemon Tea (500ml PET) and Kochakaden Garden Shekwasha Tea (500ml PET). All 31 bottle designs are available for a limited time while supplies last, and some stores may not carry all varieties.
New Fruit Tea Series Makes Its Debut
Two brand-new fruit tea varieties also debut on March 2: Kochakaden Gensen Shibori Peach Tea and Kochakaden Gensen Shibori Apple Tea. The new series highlights the natural juiciness of carefully selected fruits — using peach juice and domestic peach extract for the Peach Tea, and apple juice and apple extract for the Apple Tea. Both products also feature a limited-edition Kuromi collaboration packaging design.

Kochakaden Unsweetened Earl Grey Ice Tea Gets a Package Refresh
The Kochakaden Unsweetened Earl Grey Ice Tea, which first launched in March last year, is also getting a package redesign on March 2. The updated design retains the signature purple color and large glass imagery, while adopting a cooler and more refreshing look. A limited-edition Kuromi collaboration version of the package is also available alongside the standard design.
About the Sanrio Characters
Kuromi is My Melody's self-proclaimed rival. Despite her tough appearance, she has a surprisingly girly side and loves good-looking guys. Her black hood and pink skull are her signature charms. She enjoys keeping a diary and has a passion for romance novels. Her sidekick Baku can carry her through the sky.
Hapidanbui is a six-member boy unit formed in 2020 by Pochacco, Tuxedo Sam, Keroppi, Bad Badtz-Maru, Hangyodon, and Pekkle, with the goal of "aiming for a V-shaped recovery toward happiness." From their 5th anniversary in 2025 onward, their motto is "With everyone, anything is 'daijōbui' (all good)!" Their official fan name is "danbii."
