Maizuru Nature and Culture Park in Kyoto Prefecture is holding its annual "Camellia Garden" event from Friday, March 20 to Sunday, April 5, 2026. This year's event has been extended to 17 days, longer than in previous years, giving more visitors the chance to enjoy the display.
The event features a wide variety of camellias planted throughout the park, as well as carefully cultivated potted camellia specimens. It is a rare opportunity to see unusual varieties from around the world gathered in one place, surrounded by the park's expansive natural setting.
