Charcoal-Roasted Flavor, Served Cold
The Sumiyaki Coffee series has been a long-standing favorite, recognized for its rich aroma and full-bodied taste from charcoal-fire roasting. With the warmer months approaching, two new products bring that signature charcoal-roasted character to iced coffee.
The iced coffee ground coffee uses beans roasted over charcoal, utilizing the far-infrared effect of the charcoal fire to deliver a toasty aroma, robust bitterness, and deep richness. It can be brewed using any home brewing equipment and method of choice.
The cold brew version uses a non-woven fabric bag — simply fill it with water and let it steep. The slow extraction yields a fragrant cup with a clean, refreshing aftertaste. Both options make it easy to enjoy iced coffee at home.
