The Top of Yokohama Bar Lounge (42F) at Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel in Yokohama's Kohoku Ward is hosting a limited-time "Chocolat & Fromage Afternoon Tea" from April 1 (Wednesday) to June 14 (Sunday), 2026, featuring chocolate and cheese as the stars of the menu.

This seasonal afternoon tea brings together rich chocolate, deep-flavored cheese, and colorful fruits in an exquisite balance of sweetness, saltiness, and brightness — all enjoyed at approximately 150 meters above ground with panoramic views of Yokohama.

Highlights include Soleil d'orange, a chocolate gâteau layered with orange confiture and Mandarin orange for a citrusy depth, and Eclat de jade, which pairs a mousse made from creamy Saint-André white mold cheese with pear compote, Muscat grapes, and herbs. Fruits like orange, Muscat, and strawberry add a fresh, bright contrast to the richness of chocolate and cheese throughout the tier.
