A second location of Tokyo Ajifurai — a restaurant dedicated to serving freshly fried horse mackerel (ajifurai) — is set to open at the basement level of Tokyo Nihonbashi Tower on March 31, 2026 (Tuesday).
The first location launched in Ichigaya, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo in 2022 and has built a loyal following. The new Nihonbashi Tower branch will be situated on the B1F of Tokyo Nihonbashi Tower, directly connected to Nihonbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza, Tozai, and Toei Asakusa lines, and a 3-minute walk from Mitsukoshimae Station on the Ginza and Hanzomon lines.

In conjunction with the opening, the in-store KIOSK ordering terminals and the Tokyo Ajifurai app will be updated from March 31. Combined with the ability to pre-order takeout via the app for a speedy pickup experience, diners can now enjoy a fully personalized ajifurai set meal to suit their mood.
