Zojirushi Shokudo, a rice-focused restaurant brand, will introduce its summer menus at the Osaka Honten and Umeda locations starting June 5. The theme for this season is "Colorful × Spice," with dishes designed to invigorate through vivid colors while spices and garnishes help the body stay in good shape during the heat.

Chilled Pork Shabu-Shabu Salad with Colorful Vegetables
Tender pork and colorful vegetables are paired with a rich sesame sauce. A touch of chili and citrus adds a refreshing sharpness that ties the dish together.

Cajun Spice Grilled Chicken
A vibrant dish fragrant with aromatic spices. The savory chicken and spiced flavors make for a combination that goes particularly well with rice.

Kagoshima Kurobuta Pork Fillet Cutlet — Limited to 30 Servings
Juicy kurobuta pork fillet from Kagoshima with a pronounced umami flavor. Served with lemon salt or seaweed salt for a light finish, or with a rich cutlet sauce for a heartier taste.

Rare Salmon Cutlet with Celery and Lemon Tartare — Limited to 20 Servings
Crispy on the outside with a rare, tender center. Finished with a refreshing tartare sauce made with celery and lemon — a summery combination.

Wagyu Roast Beef with Mountain Wasabi Soy Sauce
Every bite brings out the deep umami of the wagyu. Served with a bold mountain wasabi soy sauce that pairs exceptionally well with the meat.

Reservation required by the previous day. Available for lunch at 11:00 AM only (90-minute seating). Limited to 10 servings.

Side dishes are arranged beautifully in a wooden box, resembling sparkling jewels. Eel — a classic summer ingredient — takes center stage in this luxurious set.

A creative kaiseki course built around carefully selected premium meat dishes. A fitting choice for special occasions or celebratory dinners with loved ones.
Umeda Location Exclusive Menus
Tamatebako Kaiseki (Lunch) — ¥4,800 (tax included)
Reservation required by the previous day. Weekdays: two seatings at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Weekends and holidays: 11:00 AM seating only (90-minute seating).

A seasonal course packed into a decorative tamatebako (treasure box), served alongside five kinds of freshly fried tempura.
Fukubako Kaiseki (Dinner) — ¥6,000 (tax included) / Unlimited Drinks Plan ¥7,500 (tax included)
Reservation required by the previous day. Available for parties of 2 or more.

Seasonal ingredients are packed into a decorative box, with wagyu steak and wagyu roast beef as the main courses. The set also comes with freshly cooked rice.
EVERINO Pork Chop (Dinner)

At the Umeda location, a pork chop prepared using Zojirushi's EVERINO oven range is available as part of the dinner menu. (Excludes the children's Warabe Gozen menu.)
