The company was super communicative and responsive. They also were very accommodating to my request and for the meeting location as well. Our photographer, Iwasaki-san, was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He spoke English well so communication was not a problem. He also taught us where to pose and how to pose. We had such a great time going around the Dotonbori area for our photoshoot (since we requested it specifically). Will definitely recommend them as they are a great value as well as quality!

The photographer was friendly and patient. He possessed very good techniques in portraying us within the busy Dotonbori. We received the photos in the next day and the quality was amazing.

I booked the experience last minute as I was travelling solo and wanted to take photos of me wearing the kimono which I had rented. I have chosen a place which was outskirts of Osaka and the photographer Sina was really kind and accommodated my request. The experience was really smooth, the company had arranged a groupchat with the photographer and facilitated the conversation. We arranged to meet at my designated location and started taking photos around the neighbourhood. Sina was really encouraging and guided me on how to pose for the photos. The photos were beautiful and were delivered promptly. The experience was definitely worthwhile if you are looking to save some precious memories of yourself in beautiful Japan as a solo traveller :) There is also a photo retouching service for 10 photographs but I think all the photos were good to go, I am still struggling to find 10 to edit!
