Terms of Service

Article 1 (General Provisions)
Individuals accessing this service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to comply with these Terms of Service, other agreements (such as our Travel Agency Terms and Conditions), our Travel Conditions, regulations, rules, and guidelines provided by Holiday Travel Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") when using this service.

Article 2 (Changes to the Terms of Service)
The Company may change these Terms of Service without obtaining the Users' consent. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Terms of Service will take effect when displayed on this service. If the Users continue to use this service after the changes take effect, they are deemed to have agreed to all the revised terms.

Article 3 (Use of the Service)
Some parts of this service may not be available depending on the age of the Users.
By accessing and using this service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.
The Company may change the content, name, or specifications of this service without prior notice to the Users, and the Company is not responsible for any disadvantages or damages that may arise.
Users are fully responsible for their use of this service and all actions taken and their consequences while using this service.

Article 4 (Changes or Cancellations of Reservations)
Users must follow the methods specified by the Company to change or cancel reservations and purchases for this service, and the Company will process them according to the Users' requests. Changes or cancellations may incur fees, and Users must bear these fees in accordance with the travel contract. Users must confirm these terms before making any changes or cancellations.

Article 5 (Service Usage Notes)
The products provided on this service are part of the products offered by the Company, and the number of products and inventory available through inquiries may differ.

Article 6 (Usage Environment)
Users must prepare and maintain the necessary computers, software, other equipment, communication lines, and other communication environments at their own expense and responsibility to use this service. The Company does not provide any support.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service:
1. Infringing on the property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, or other rights of the Company, other Users, or third parties, or acts that may infringe on these rights.
2. Acts that cause disadvantages or damages to the Company, other Users, or third parties, or acts that may cause such disadvantages or damages.
3. Acts that discriminate against or slander the Company, other Users, or third parties.
4. Acts that may violate public order or morals.
5. Activities related to sexual conduct, religion, politics, or similar activities.
6. Acts for the purpose of business, promotion, advertising, solicitation, or other commercial purposes.
7. Impersonating the Company or a third party, or deliberately disseminating false information.
8. Providing benefits or other cooperation to anti-social forces.
9. Illegally collecting, disclosing, or providing personal information, registration information, or usage history information of others.
10. Acts that interfere with the servers or network systems of this service.
11. Using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses through or in connection with this service.
12. Acts that violate laws, court rulings, decisions or orders, or legally binding administrative measures.
13. Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

If the Company determines that any of the acts listed in the preceding paragraph have occurred, or if the Company deems it necessary, the Company may suspend the use of this service without prior approval from the Users and may claim damages from the Users.

Article 8 (Temporary Suspension)
The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of this service without prior notice to the Users in the following cases:
1. When performing regular or emergency maintenance on the system or related equipment of this service.
2. When the communication lines or power supplies used by the Company are interrupted.
3. In the event of emergencies such as war, riots, disturbances, labor disputes, earthquakes, eruptions, floods, tsunamis, fires, power outages, or other situations, or when the Company deems it necessary to limit communications due to laws or guidance.
4. Other cases where the Company deems it necessary for operational or technical reasons to temporarily suspend this service.

The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to delays or interruptions in the provision of all or part of this service caused by any of the above or other reasons.

Article 9 (Discontinuation of Service)
The Company may discontinue all or part of this service by providing prior notice of the discontinuation, reasons, and period on this service. However, this does not apply in cases of emergency.
By following the procedures in the preceding paragraph, the Company is exempt from any liability for discontinuation of the service.

Article 10 (Usage Restrictions)
The Company may restrict the use of this service without prior consent from the Users in the following cases. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by Users due to these restrictions:
- If communication cannot be made through phone, fax, email, or other means.
- If mail sent to the registered address is returned.
- If the Company deems it urgent for other reasons.

Article 11 (Service Use by Minors)
If Users are minors, they must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to use this service.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if it is discovered that Users are using this service without the consent of a parent or guardian, the Company may cancel all or part of the reservations made through such use without prior notice to the Users.

Article 12 (Benefits and Campaigns)
The Company may conduct first-come, first-served or lottery campaigns, distribute coupons, etc., to promote the use of this service. The use of these benefits is subject to the terms and conditions separately specified by the Company, in addition to these Terms of Service.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by Users despite taking reasonable safety measures due to the following reasons:
- Damages caused by interruptions, delays, or suspensions of the system of this service due to issues with communication lines or computers.
- Damages caused by alterations to this service.
- Damages caused by unauthorized access to data related to this service.
- Damages caused by the loss of accumulated data (excluding deletions by the Users themselves).

The Company is limited to operating this service with reasonable effort and is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, reliability, legality, or non-infringement of third-party rights regarding travel-related information provided to Users, and does not provide any guarantees.

The Company does not bear any costs incurred by Users for communication fees or equipment investments when using this service.

Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company will appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of this service in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

Article 15 (Ownership of Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to this service belong to the Company or its licensors, and Users shall not infringe on these rights.

Article 16 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
Users certify that they have not belonged to, do not belong to, and will not belong to any anti-social forces (including but not limited to organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, rogue political groups, special intelligence crime groups, or other anti-social forces) and do not have any relationships with such forces. Users also agree not to engage in any illegal acts, including but not limited to violent acts, fraud, or obstruction of business.

If Users violate the preceding paragraph, the Company may suspend the use of this service and delete the registration without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages or damages incurred by the Users due to these actions.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Service are interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. In the event of litigation concerning these Terms of Service, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 18 (Effective Date)
These Terms of Service are effective from the date of enactment.
