The BOUL'ANGE boulangerie inside JR Nagoya Takashimaya is set to reopen on Friday, June 19. A beloved Nagoya presence since its 2017 opening, the store is marking its renewal with a special lineup that honors its roots while bringing fresh additions to the menu.
Exclusive Lineup: Revival Series and New Products
For the renewal, the JR Nagoya Takashimaya location will carry a store-exclusive "Revival Series," bringing back popular items from BOUL'ANGE Nagoya's early days in updated form. A brand-new product — the PARI TORO Cream Pie — also makes its debut alongside a limited-quantity Grand Croissant.

Product Highlights
Revival Series (JR Nagoya Takashimaya Exclusive) — from ¥248
The Revival Series reinterprets fan-favorite items from BOUL'ANGE Nagoya's early days with a contemporary update.

- Seigle (Rye Bread): Inspired by the original "Miso Seigle," this plain-style version is a more approachable rye bread.
- Summer Vegetable Curry Bread: The original's look is preserved, while the curry has been refined for a milder flavor that lets the summer vegetables shine.
- Miso Campagne: Carrying on the spirit of a hard bread made with Nagoya's distinct miso, this version has been reworked into an easier-to-eat style. Works well toasted or as a sandwich base.
- Bamboo Charcoal and Black Sesame Baguette: The bold jet-black baguette that once turned heads returns in a bamboo charcoal and black sesame form, with a satisfying sesame aroma.
- Cranberry and Almond Campagne: The most-requested discontinued item is back, and this time a cream cheese version is also available.
Montblanc (JR Nagoya Takashimaya Exclusive) — ¥454 / Montblanc Lemon Lime — ¥486

One of BOUL'ANGE's most iconic early creations, the Montblanc returns as part of the revival lineup. The concept — a cornet stood upright to evoke Mont Blanc, the mountain between France and Italy — is filled generously with house-made chestnut cream. The classic version is joined by a seasonal Lemon Lime flavor.
Grand Croissant (JR Nagoya Takashimaya Exclusive, Limited Quantity) — ¥540

A limited-quantity special croissant, larger than the standard with a beautifully rounded shape. Its 12-layer dough delivers a crisp yet slightly chewy texture that is light and melt-in-the-mouth. Made with an original flour blend of Suvin Gold and whole wheat, and finished with Isigny butter from France for a pronounced aroma and richness.
PARI TORO Cream Pie (New) — from ¥562

A new addition featuring delicate leaf-like pastry dough generously filled with house-made cream. Each bite offers a light, flaky crunch followed by a smooth, melting cream — a "pari-toro" (crispy-silky) combination that is a hallmark of the BOUL'ANGE style.
