2026 New Flavor: Caramel Milk Tea Soft Serve

Caramel Milk Tea soft serve

This new 2026 creation is made with Assam tea leaves, prized for their rich body and full aroma, blended into a milk tea soft serve with a pronounced tea character. Layered on top is a slightly bitter caramel sauce, where the nuttiness of caramel meets the depth of black tea. The soft serve is served together with apricot meringue for a grown-up caramel milk tea experience.

  • Product name: Caramel Milk Tea
  • Price: 660 yen (tax included)

This item is only available at pop-up events and is not sold at the permanent store.

Most Popular: Rich Earl Grey Soft Serve with Natural Bergamot

Earl Grey Rich Milk soft serve

Achieving an intense tea flavor in a soft serve requires a large volume of tea leaves—&EARL GREY uses an extraction process with approximately 50 times more leaves than usual. Known as a "drinkable milk tea in solid form," this soft serve consistently draws long lines at pop-up events across Japan. It comes paired with raspberry meringue.

Hawaiian Scones Packed with Fruit and Cream Cheese

Hawaiian Scones

Unlike the familiar cylindrical English scone, Hawaiian scones are made with a cream cheese-rich dough mixed with fruit and other fillings—a style popular in Hawaii. They are crispy on the outside, moist and fluffy inside, with chunky cream cheese pieces throughout. No toppings are needed; they are delicious as-is.

The cream cheese used is a creamy, rich Hokkaido variety made from fresh milk and buttermilk. Fresh cream replaces regular milk in the dough, resulting in a deeply moist texture. The wheat flour is also domestically sourced.

Available flavors (432 yen each, tax included):

  1. Earl Grey & Orange Cream Cheese (Most Popular)
  2. Blueberry Cream Cheese
  3. Chocolate & Cookie Cream Cheese
  4. Caramel Milk Tea Cream Cheese
  5. Sakura Cream Cheese (seasonal)
