Le Pristine Tokyo at Hotel Toranomon Hills (Toranomon Hills Station Tower, 2-6-4 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is launching a lineup of summer limited menus from July to September 2026. The offerings include a southern Italy-themed multi-course dinner series curated by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman, a Peach & Mango Afternoon Tea, a Thursday celebration dinner with free-flow drinks, summer cocktails, and a new café sharing dinner plan.

Italian Region — A Culinary Journey through Southern Italy

Le Pristine Restaurant Tokyo's popular "Italian Region" series explores the food culture of Italy's regions one chapter at a time. The third chapter, running from July through September 2026, focuses on three southern Italian regions: Puglia, Sardinia, and Sicily.

Puglia, facing the Adriatic Sea, is celebrated for its rustic, hearty cooking made with wheat, olives, and vegetables. Sardinia is known for the deep, savory character of bottarga and sheep's milk cheese, rooted in the region's maritime and pastoral culture. Sicily is defined by its bright, festive food traditions, blending citrus, seafood, and nuts. Drawing on firsthand experiences in these regions, chef Sergio Herman channels the flavors of southern Italy through Japanese seafood and seasonal local ingredients.

The wine pairing includes selections such as Planeta Etna Bianco Contrada Taccione 2024 (Sicily), Sella & Mosca Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Monte Oro 2024 (Sardinia), and Botromagno Nero di Troia Murge Rosso 2022 (Puglia), among 6 varieties.

Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman will be visiting Japan from June 22 (Monday) to June 27 (Saturday), 2026. During this period, a special limited 4-course lunch menu is available at Le Pristine Restaurant Tokyo, offering guests a chance to experience the philosophy behind each dish directly from the chef himself.
