・Tickets can only be used on the selected date, and cannot be used outside the selected dates. You cannot enter without a voucher.
・Please note you may have to wait 30-90 minutes before being admitted into the venue. Please be patient if any delays occur
・Participants with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. Please take note that the wheelchairs are the standard type, without any special accessories
・Please note that you will be barefoot during the experience. Water levels can rise to knee height for adults
・Please note that an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Your underwear may reflect on the mirror surface if you wear a skirt or wide-hemmed pants. It is highly recommended to wear pants during the experience
・The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue
・Due to the facility's intricate layout, pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering
・Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high
・Please note that some artworks display flashing lights and loud noises
・Limited Admissions: teamLab Planets TOKYO will sell “pre-order” electronic tickets in 30-minute time slots with a specified date and time to ease visitor congestion. ・The exhibition will be open to the public in case of light rain. The exhibition may be canceled in case of strong rain with strong winds such as typhoons.
