Booking flow differences: Photo Walk delivers original photo data on the same day and does not include retouching. The Kimono, Honeymoon, Special Occasion, and Proposal & Surprise packages may follow a different booking flow and timeline than the standard packages above. Process
1: Book Online
Select your desired date, time, number of people, and preferred language from the reservation form. Additionally, please enter your desired shooting location and any specific requests in the free input field!
2: Matching with a photographer
Our team will find a photographer who matches your preferences, including area, date, and language. We typically confirm your booking within 48 hours of your application.
3: Once we have arranged a photographer, we will confirm your booking and inform you of the status
Your booking will be confirmed once a photographer is arranged. If there are any delays or difficulties in matching, we will contact you with an update.
4: Pre-shoot coordination
We will conduct a preliminary discussion about your photoshoot via a messaging app. If you have any requests or specific preferences, please let us know at this time.
5: Final information for your photoshoot day
We will send you with the final details, including the meeting point and other important information, at least 72 hours prior to the tour date.
6: Shooting Day
Meet your photographer at the designated meeting point and begin your photoshoot session!
7: Photo Data delivery
We will deliver the photo data to your pre-shared Google Drive within a week after the shoot. For example, if the shoot takes place on the 10th, the data will be shared by the end of the 16th.
8: Choose Photos for Retouching
Retouching for up to 10 photos is included in its photoshoot service. If you wish, you can select which photos you'd like to have retouched.
9: Delivery of Retouched photos
The process concludes with the delivery of your retouched photos.

I used the service in May 2024. So far, I am quite satisfied. Their PIC will confirm the schedule before finalizing the booking and promptly create a WhatsApp group for coordination. The photographer arrived on time, and their fluent English greatly facilitated communication. The photo results took about one week, and in my case, it was even faster. I recommend their service.
Never tried a photo shoot before and was a bit apprehensive. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our assigned photographer, Kauri, was great. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We got many great photos and I would definitely recommend this.
I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday. I think it was a good one First of all, the photographer was very good at Korean, so I had no difficulty communicating at all, and when I first met him, I found a lot of best photos thanks to the reference and matching of my favorite atmosphere and composition. Q: Do you have any recommendations for Photoshoot location?
If you want to capture a Japanese atmosphere, Asakusa is highly recommended. For photos featuring neon lights and a vibrant downtown backdrop, the Shibuya and Shinjuku areas are ideal. Popular spots such as Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Tokyo Tower are frequently requested and beloved locations.
We can also suggest various other shooting spots, such as lesser known places and seasonal recommendations, so please feel free to contact us for more information!
Q: It looks like it will rain on the day we plan to shoot. Can we change the shooting date?
The schedule can be adjusted after consulting with the photographer. However, rescheduling may not be possible depending on the photographer's availability.
In the event that rain is forecasted 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot and the date cannot be adjusted, or if unforeseen stormy weather occurs on the day of the shoot, we can cancel the booking and provide a full refund.
