Arknights: Endfield, GRYPHLINE's 3D real-time strategy RPG, has launched its new version "Dreamscape of Wind and Snow" today, September 2 (Wednesday). This update adds a new ★6 operator, a limited-time event that lets players raise a distributed ★5 operator to maximum potential, the new area "雪松林," and a range of other in-game events.
New ★6 Operator Typhoeus Arrives, Special Scout "冬狩" Underway
Starting today, September 2 (Wednesday), the special scout "冬狩" is underway, featuring an increased appearance rate for the new ★6 operator Typhoeus during the period.
Event Period: From the start of the "Dreamscape of Wind and Snow" version until September 30, 2026 (Wednesday) 1:00 PM (JST)
Typhoeus is a Nature-attribute operator who excels at high mobility from a floating state and continuous attacks over a wide area. By consuming "自然付着" applied to enemies through her attacks, she builds up "啓示," which can be chained into combo skills and ultimate abilities for mobility-driven offense.
In addition, the new ★6 Arts unit "寒夜の影" has been added to the 武庫交換所 (Armory Exchange), obtainable through the limited-time weapon request "極寒・申請."
A 7-day stamp rally, "弓の練磨," is also running at the same time. Logging in rewards players with five Typhoeus-specific scout tickets and other items. Five corresponding special scout tickets have also been added to 購買部's "集成配給交換." Alongside the special scout, a Typhoeus operator trial event has opened as well.
New Area "雪松林" Opens, Story Event "冬の夢は霧の中に" Begins
After the great war, the 管理人 sets out to track down the missing アンドレイ and, in the new area "雪松林," encounters Typhoeus, a "再旅者" who has come from ロドス — beginning a new story that follows the secrets hidden deep within the snowy forest.
In "Dreamscape of Wind and Snow," the new area "雪松林" opens, alongside the guide event "雪降る深き森." Progressing through activities such as unlocking 協約転送ポイント and exploring 協約資源箱 rewards players with a variety of items.
Alongside this, Typhoeus's story event "冬の夢は霧の中に" has also opened. Together with the new area, players can enjoy a new story centered on her.
New ★5 Heavy Defense Operator "プチエナ" Distributed for Free
Starting September 24 (Thursday), the login distribution event "でっかいフェリーン！襲来！" will be held. Players can obtain the new ★5 heavy defense operator "プチエナ," a Physical-attribute operator who excels at shield-based defense and support for allies, along with the new ★5 weapon "スイーツタイム."
Progressing through the event quests earns five "プチエナの印" and five "スイーツタイム," and completing all the target quests allows both to be upgraded to maximum potential.
New "再現スカウト" Scout Type Introduced
Starting September 24, 2026 (Thursday) 1:00 PM (JST), a new scout type, "再現スカウト," is introduced.
The first "再現スカウト" period, "超爆盛れカラフル," features six operators — イヴォンヌ, エンバー, リーフォン, アルデリア, ラストライト, and ポグラニチニク — with an increased appearance rate for イヴォンヌ during the period.
Alongside the "再現スカウト," the limited-time weapon request "再現申請" also opens. In the first "再現申請" period, "点描・申請," the appearance rate for the ★6 weapon "芸術の独裁者" is increased. The first "点描・申請" period runs concurrently with the first "超爆盛れカラフル" period, starting and ending at the same time.
New Season "協約通行証・樹海" Arrives
To coincide with the new version, "協約通行証・樹海" begins. New additions include weapons such as the ★6 Arts unit "苦難の果," the theme "夢が照らす夜," the icon "凍てつく輪郭," and the frame "雪祭司のルール."
New Equipment Added
This update adds new equipment parts to the "満潮セット," "流転セット," and "集成訓練セット." After the version update, arriving in the 武陵 district rewards players with the 集成訓練 equipment blueprint. In addition, the new equipment set "天険セット" is officially implemented.
"戦争残響" New Season "虚像" Begins
In "戦争残響," the new season "虚像" begins today. In addition to the rotation of existing stages, three new stages are added. Another new season, "錯覚," is scheduled to begin in the latter half of the version.
September 9 (Wednesday): Time-Limited Challenge "弓の試練"
At the archery range in "雪松林," players investigate special arrows of サーミ origin together with Typhoeus, taking on each stage by making use of their individual properties. Clearing a stage for the first time earns first-clear rewards including 赤晶玉, and progressing through the challenges levels up the archery range, unlocking more arrow types. The content remains playable as a permanent feature even after the event ends.
September 16 (Wednesday): "集成支援" Event Part 2, "龍泡泡出撃"
By obtaining limited-time recipes, producing special support supplies, and submitting them to bases in 武陵, players can earn 武陵取引券 and 支援成果券. 支援成果券 can be exchanged for rewards at the limited-time supply exchange. During the event, the rate at which 取引券 can be earned at the corresponding bases in 武陵 also increases significantly.
September 24 (Thursday): New Puzzle Map "遂明" Arrives
In the latter half of the version, the new puzzle map "遂明," set across an entire town, opens. The 管理人 explores the town while making use of changing water levels, gathering the necessary parts within a limited time to restore the "告時鐘." Alongside the new map's opening, the guide event "鐘の鳴る旧い城で" is also held.
Limited-Time Stamp Rally "陵水の秋"
In the latter half of the version, the limited-time stamp rally "陵水の秋" is held. Logging in rewards players with items such as the icon "走り出せ！," 赤晶玉, and the "ローリング龍泡泡" energy drink.
October 1 (Thursday): Leisure Event "ランナー競技会"
Players race along a special course spanning the mountain paths outside the castle, the rooftops within it, and even the sky, collecting 龍泡泡 balloons on the way to the goal. The course includes gimmicks such as launch devices and wind vortexes, and reaching the goal within the set time earns rewards including 赤晶玉. Depending on the number of balloons collected, achievement rewards such as commemorative items and the "ローリング龍泡泡" energy drink are also unlocked.
October 5 (Monday): High-Difficulty Stage "刻まれた影" Added to "映像の記念碑"
The new high-difficulty stage "刻まれた影" is added to the permanent content "映像の記念碑." Clearing the concurrent limited-time event "記憶の痕・刻影" earns a variety of rewards including 赤晶玉.
New Lineup Added to "タロサイト交換"
Two new records, "The Day After Tomorrow" and "My Former Home," are added, along with the photo poses "Typhoeus – 夢をたどる心得" and "イヴォンヌ – ダンスチャレンジ."
Four new decorations are introduced: "アンマーの温もり," "夢映し," "熱々パーティー," and "虹." In addition, three sizes — large, medium, and small — of the portable item "加速ユニット" are added, increasing the recovery speed of dash stamina while active in the 武陵 district.
Future Update Information Revealed
In a future version, a new special map and story are planned in which the 管理人, invited by スー, journeys into the world of a picture scroll.
In addition, a "牧場システム" (ranch system) built on the existing cultivation system, new content "宿屋営業," and the new event "百趣演武" are also planned. System-side updates are planned as well, including a second test season of "危機契約" and new features related to precision equipment crafting.
