BOUL'ANGE Opens Second Nagoya Station Location at Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall on April 15

BOUL'ANGE, the boulangerie operated by Baycrews Co., Ltd., is set to open a new branch at the 2nd floor of Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall in Nagoya on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. This will be the brand's second location in the Nagoya Station area, following its existing store at JR Nagoya Takashimaya.

BOUL'ANGE bakes its breads using carefully selected wheat flours sourced from around the world alongside seasonal ingredients. At the new Gate Tower Mall location, the brand's signature Croissant will of course be available, and two items exclusive to this store will make their debut: the "Roll Bun" and the "Chewy Cookie." The shop's central location connected directly to Nagoya Station also means it will carry a selection of savory breads and sandwiches suited for the lunch crowd.

Gate Tower Mall–Exclusive Items

Roll Bun (from ¥432) — BOUL'ANGE's new original roll, available exclusively at the Gate Tower Mall location. The "Roll Bun" is a round, rolled bread filled generously with rich cream nestled inside a soft and moist dough. Six flavors are on offer, centered on the classic Cinnamon Roll and joined by Pistachio, Mixed Berry, Caramel, and more.

Chewy Cookie (from ¥648) — A large, thick BOUL'ANGE original cookie with a light exterior and a moist, chewy center. Three flavors are available—Pistachio, Caramel, and Cocoa Chunk—each with a generous topping that makes for a photogenic treat. A great pick-me-up or casual gift.

Signature Croissant

Croissant (¥238) — BOUL'ANGE's most popular item. Made with premium domestic butter and an original wheat blend, the dough is layered thickly to achieve a crisp exterior and a fluffy, airy interior. The rich butter aroma carries through each bite.

The Gate Tower Mall store also offers a hearty sandwich menu well-suited for lunch:

• Baguette Sandwich Ham & Cheese (¥616) — Made with a baguette using "Suvin Gold" wheat to highlight the grain's natural flavor, paired with sliced ham and Gruyère cheese.
• Numazu Mackerel & Shibazuke Sandwich (¥648) — Features mackerel from Numazu and is accented with shibazuke pickles and yuzu-mayo pepper sauce.
• Shokupan Sandwich varieties (from ¥573) — Hokkaido milk bread filled generously with pastrami, egg, and other hearty ingredients.
