The service is scheduled to launch in March 2026. An opening movie has also been released alongside a pre-registration commemorative campaign.

Opening Movie Released
The opening movie for DISSIDIA DUELLUM FINAL FANTASY is now available to watch. Set against a backdrop that blends the world of Final Fantasy with modern-day Tokyo, the movie features familiar warriors going about their daily lives in the city—Lightning relaxing at a café in Omotesando, Rinoa playing with Angelo in a Shinjuku park. When a Behemoth suddenly appears in Ginza, the warriors come together to face the approaching crisis. It offers a fresh look at the Final Fantasy series in a new and distinctive setting.

Pre-Registration Campaign Underway
To celebrate the start of pre-registration, a campaign is being held offering original merchandise to 30 winners in total (10 per day). About the Game
DISSIDIA DUELLUM FINAL FANTASY is the latest entry in the DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY series, bringing together warriors from across the Final Fantasy franchise. The game uses a "boss-defeat team battle" format where two teams of three players, along with monsters, race to defeat a giant boss first. Simple one-handed controls make the action accessible to all players. The main story follows the warriors summoned to modern-day Tokyo, fully voiced throughout.
