Iruma City (Mayor: Riichiro Sugishima), the anime "Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun," and Seibu Railway Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture; President: Shuichiro Ogawa) have been running the "Iruma City x Anime 'Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun' x Seibu Railway Collaboration Project — Devi Devi Grand Touring Mission" since Wednesday, May 27, 2026, aimed at revitalizing Iruma-shi Station and the surrounding shopping district.
As part of the Devi Devi Grand Touring Mission, from Friday, July 17 through Monday, November 30, participating shops in Iruma City's Apopo Shopping Street and Machiya-dori Machizukuri Shopping Street will begin distributing trading-card-style "Iruma City Supporter Special Certificates" that pair the city's recommended spots with 15 characters from the anime.
Streetlights along Apopo Shopping Street have also been lit up in a fantastical blue evoking the world of Iruma-kun, and starting Saturday, July 18, design flags featuring all 15 characters set against backdrops of Babyls Demon School and the city's tea fields will be installed.
In addition, to encourage visits to Iruma City and improve circulation around the surrounding area, the "Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun x Seibu Railway Discount Outing Ticket" is on sale from Friday, July 17 through Wednesday, September 23 (a holiday), 2026.
It's a great opportunity to visit Iruma City, now colored by Iruma-kun and his friends, and experience the town's appeal firsthand.

To celebrate certifying Iruma-kun and his friends as members of the Iruma City Supporter Corps, trading-card-style "Iruma City Supporter Special Certificates" will be distributed as follows. Visitors are encouraged to visit the participating shops and try to collect all 15 designs.

Meet Iruma-kun at "Iruma-shi Ekimae Yokocho Summer 2026 — Cooling Off With Water-Sprinkling and Music"
Life-size character panels of Iruma-kun and his friends will be set up at "Iruma-shi Ekimae Yokocho Summer 2026," held on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31, 2026.
The event will feature food trucks, live street music performances, uchimizu water-sprinkling, and the distribution of cardboard fans made with used tea leaves.

About "Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun" (Reference)
Introduction
"Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun" follows the growth and struggles of Suzuki Iruma, a human boy who becomes the grandson of a great demon lord and enrolls at Babyls Demon School. Serialization by Osamu Nishi began in March 2017 in Weekly Shonen Champion (Akita Shoten), and the comic series has surpassed 20 million copies in cumulative circulation (as of March 2026).
Story
Suzuki Iruma attends Babyls Demon School while hiding the fact that he's human.
As his demon friends increase, he comes to enjoy life in the Demon Realm and shines in various school events.
Climbing the ranks of demon society, he has increasingly become the center of attention both on and off campus.
Iruma's next challenge is a Music Festival that will test the unity of his class.
