Episode 1: "Kirarin! Idol Revolution!!"
The heroine, Kirari Tsukishima, is an energetic, food-loving junior high schooler. Despite being the prettiest girl in school, all she ever thinks about is delicious food. One day, Kirari falls in love at first sight with Seiji Hiwatari, whom she suddenly meets on the street. Determined to see him again, she chases after him — only to discover that the prince who appeared before her is a member of the wildly popular idol group SHIPS. Rather than giving up, Kirari climbs onto the stage during SHIPS' live concert broadcast and declares, of all things, that she's going to become an idol!!
Episode 2: "Heart-Pounding! SHIPS Auditions!!"
Having finally taken her first step toward making her love come true, Kirari comes up with an "Idol Strategy," trying every trick she can think of to get closer to SHIPS — but the road to SHIPS is still a long one. Just then, her best friends Sayaka and Miku recommend she enter the "Find the Second SHIPS!" audition. Thrilled at the thought of seeing Seiji again, Kirari happily decides to take part. But when she arrives, she's in for a surprise — the audition turns out to be…!?
August 6, 2026 (Thursday) 8:00 PM – August 20, 2026 (Thursday) 7:59 PM
Episode 3: "Aaah! Aiming for a Commercial Debut!!"
To debut as an idol, Kirari ends up competing in a commercial audition against Erina Ogura, a rookie idol from the same agency. The task turns out to be baking and eating a cake — and while Kirari is great at eating, she's hopeless at cooking. Covered in flour and even setting off the microwave (?), she gives it everything she's got! What kind of cake will she end up making, and will she land the commercial??
Episode 4: "Gah! Dad's Against It!?"
With her commercial appearance decided, Kirari's entertainment career is finally about to begin — but the manager assigned to her turns out to be a real pro, bluntly telling her the moment they meet that she doesn't have what it takes to become a top idol. On top of that, her father is fiercely, thoroughly opposed to her entering show business!! Facing a sudden crisis, will Kirari have to give up on becoming an idol? She immediately launches "Operation Persuade Dad!" Will her feelings reach her father?
