Osu, home to one of Nagoya's best-known shopping streets, is getting ready for "OSU Cosplay 2026," a special cosplay event set for Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event is organized jointly by TV Aichi Corporation, WCS Co., Ltd. (the company behind the World Cosplay Summit), and Vivicos, which runs cosplay events across Aichi Prefecture.
Now in its third year, "OSU Cosplay" takes place across the Osu area. Among this year's venues is the Osu Skate Rink (Nagoya Sports Center), a pilgrimage spot for fans of a hit anime, alongside a full lineup of other programs.
Tickets go on sale through CN Playguide starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Osu Skate Rink Open to Participants, With Reserved Time Slots

Part of the Osu Skate Rink will be reserved for "OSU Cosplay" participants from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with the entire rink reserved from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Using the Osu Skate Rink requires a separate Osu Skate Rink ticket in addition to the general participation ticket. For usage rules and terms, check the official "OSU Cosplay" website.
Osu Shopping Street Parade
A parade will make its way through one of Nagoya's most lively shopping streets.

TV Aichi Headquarters Studio Open to Visitors
Participants will be able to take photos inside a TV station studio that is normally off-limits to the public.

Wakamiya Plaza will also serve as a venue, offering a space for participants to mingle.
