Atlus has released the second character spotlight for Persona 4 Revival, this time focusing on Rise Kujikawa, a first-year high school idol voiced by Rie Kugimiya. The character is also confirmed to appear at X VORDER RUNWAY, a cross-genre event bringing together VTubers, game and anime characters, and real-life artists.

Rise Kujikawa is a rapidly rising first-year high school idol known for her cheerful, sweet personality and the nickname "Rise-chi" by her fans. She has a grandmother in Inaba who runs a tofu shop. Her personal Persona is Himiko.

Support Skills
In battle, Rise does not fight directly but instead supports the protagonist and party from the rear. Her specialty "Support Skills" can reveal enemy elemental weaknesses, inflict status effects, and nullify incoming attacks — each triggering with a certain probability.
Analyze Open
At the start of battle, randomly reveals enemy elemental weaknesses.
Psycho Pop
At the start of battle, inflicts a random status effect on all enemies.
Safeguard
When attacked, has a chance to nullify the incoming attack.
Support skills can be gained by leveling up, or by deepening the Social Link (Commu) rank with Rise.
Rise Kujikawa to Appear at X VORDER RUNWAY
Rise Kujikawa from Persona 4 Revival has been confirmed to perform at X VORDER RUNWAY, a fashion show and music live event where VTubers, game and anime characters, and real-life artists cross genres and dimensions.
The event features collaboration performances not seen anywhere else.
