A new printing service called "Decoration Print" is now available at Sharp multi-copy machines installed in approximately 32,000 convenience stores across Japan, starting April 8.
The service, part of Sharp Marketing Japan's "Network Print" platform, allows users to decorate photos and images with a variety of frames before printing at a nearby convenience store. Templates range from seasonal designs—such as Christmas and Halloween themes—to sticker machine-style layouts. Users can also add stamps and text to their designs.
Supported print formats include glossy paper (A4 size), photo paper (L and 2L sizes), and sticker paper (L size), making it possible to turn favorite photos into stickers, calendars, and more.
How to Use
To use the service, upload a photo or image to the Decoration Print website. Four menu types are available:
- Frame Print – Add a decorative frame to a single photo
- Layout Print – Arrange multiple photos in a layout
- Sticker Machine-style Print – Create sticker sheet-style prints
- Decoration Calendar – (Service scheduled to launch from May onwards)
After completing the design online, a QR code is issued. Scan the code at any nearby convenience store's multi-copy machine to print immediately.
