A new event called "Konekkuri Island: The Chapter of the Cursed Weapon" has launched in the 3D action RPG White Cat Project NEW WORLD'S as of March 17, 2026. In the event, Cornelle (CV: Yoshimi Ohara), Rugnus (CV: Kengo Kawanishi), and Diaize Galatina (CV: Saku Mizuno) head to an island to investigate a rune that curses any weapon it touches. Two types of weapons can be obtained throughout the event and upgraded for use in battle.

Story
Pursuing the mystery of a rune that curses weapons upon use, Cornelle and Diaize visit the Village of the Sun and Serpent People. But their weapons become cursed too, and Rugnus ends up split in two! Galatina's soul gets trapped inside a sword...!?

Strengthen Your Weapons!
The weapons "Broken Blade Rugnus S" and "Magic Sword Nagelring" are available to obtain during the event. Equipping these weapons gives an advantage in story quests. By collecting "Purification Power" from event quests and using it to evolve your weapons, you can push further into the content.
New Gacha Characters
Cornelle (CV: Yoshimi Ohara)
A weapon merchant's daughter who arrives on an island overrun with curses. She tends to lose her footing whenever Rugnus S (CV: Kengo Kawanishi) multiplies.
Diaize (CV: Saku Mizuno)
The Hero of the Crimson Steel paired with a young magic-user. She takes down enemies with an overflowing sense of justice.
