Peace put Co., Ltd., which operates the Fukuoka-originated bakery "AMAM DACOTAN," will simultaneously open fresh donut specialty store "I'm donut?" and bakery cafe "dacō" in Yokohama's Minato Mirai on October 17, 2025 (Friday).
At I'm donut?, opening in the green and open location of Rinko Park, approximately 25 types of donuts will be available, including the popular fresh donut "I'm donut? Original," as well as four new varieties such as "Manhattan," developed with the seaside location in mind, and "Dubai Chocolate," made with generous amounts of pistachio and chocolate.
The spacious display counter will continuously showcase freshly baked and fried donuts, with unique varieties filling the space. Customers can select their own donuts while watching them being finished right before their eyes, fully experiencing the "joy of choosing" and the "excitement of tasting freshly made treats."
Adjacent on the same floor, the bakery cafe dacō will introduce "Fresh Napoli Donuts" as a new development of pizza oven-baked Napoli donuts. With over 10 new products including savory items, the store will offer approximately 50 varieties suitable for different seasons and occasions.
Additionally, from the shaved ice drink "Potache" series, a new autumn-perfect flavor "Roasted Pumpkin Marron & Earl Grey Caramel" will debut. Visitors can enjoy carefully crafted bread and donuts in the spacious cafe space along with aromatic drinks, experiencing the special atmosphere unique to dacō.
Unique Limited Edition Products at Yokohama Rinko Park Store
At I'm donut?, limited menu items inspired by Yokohama, a city facing the sea, include the old-fashioned donut "Manhattan," popular in Fukuoka. Other new creations include "Dubai Chocolate," a chocolate fresh donut filled with chocolate cream and topped with pistachio-flavored flakes, and "Pumpkin Cream Cheese Amand," a seasonal treat featuring fresh donuts filled with rich pumpkin cheese cream and topped with baked pumpkin.
At dacō, the Napoli series lineup, which debuted at the Kagurazaka store and features dough baked in a pizza oven, has been further expanded. "Fresh Napoli Donuts," made with high-temperature baked fresh donut dough coated with cane sugar, and "Fresh Napoli Donuts Custard," filled with house-made custard, offer a new donut sensation with subtle sweetness, fluffy texture, and aromatic qualities. Additionally, savory options like "Napoli Sandwich" with prosciutto, Camembert, and basil showcase the full appeal of the dough and ingredients.
The new Potache drink "Roasted Pumpkin Marron & Earl Grey Caramel" features rich house-made sauce combining cream cheese, pumpkin, and chestnuts, layered with the refreshing sweetness of Earl Grey and caramel for a new drinking experience.
With the Yokohama opening reaching more customers than ever before, the chef's creativity has expanded, resulting in numerous new products unique to the Yokohama Rinko Park store. Opening at 8:00 AM with simple donuts and bread, the selection grows throughout the day, offering different flavors at various times.
