First-Ever Yokosuka Night Market Set for July 24
Ichigo Yokosuka Port Market, one of the city's tourism hub facilities, is hosting the first-ever Yokosuka Night Market to spotlight Yokosuka's after-dark charm and create a lively new gathering spot in the city. Centered on music, craft beer, and local gourmet food, all deeply tied to Yokosuka's culture and cuisine, the event will highlight local products and shops from around the city while offering a taste of nightlife that's unique to Yokosuka.
Yokosuka City continues to pursue new appeal as a "Music, Sports, and Entertainment City," working to revitalize the local community through the use of regional products.

A special indoor live performance will feature musicians and DJs with ties to Yokosuka.
Craft Beer
Six craft beer shops from Yokosuka and beyond will set up stalls: Yokosuka Beer, 法龍山麦酒, Miura Peninsula Beer, Roto Brewery, GRANDLINE BREWING, and Minami Yokohama Beer Laboratory.
Some shops will offer a happy hour discount of 100 yen off from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Free Giveaways
The first 200 guests will receive a free glass of craft beer.
Ahead of the "Miyazaki Fair," held alongside the Yokosuka Morning Market at Ichigo Yokosuka Port Market on July 25 (Saturday) and 26 (Sunday), the first 250 guests will also receive free charcoal-grilled Miyazaki Jitokko, a branded Miyazaki chicken.

The outdoor special venue will feature DJ performances by members of the Japan EDM Promotion Association, along with food stalls and kitchen cars serving seafood skewers, Taiwanese street food, and other dishes that pair well with beer. Visitors can also browse miscellaneous goods stores and enjoy a traditional festival game booth suited for families with children.
