Redemption Information：To obtain your JR Pass, please present your Exchange Order and passport at any JR EAST offices located in airports or main train stations. Exchange Orders are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please redeem your Exchange Order for JR Pass within this 90-day timeframe.
Activation Process：When redeeming your JR Pass, please ensure to select an activation date within 30 days from redemption.Once activated, the pass will be valid for 5 consecutive days within one month.
