◆ Itinerary
17:00
- Meeting Time: 17:00. Be sure to arrive by the designated meeting time.
- Meeting Point: Please exit from the West Exit of Omagari Station and turn left. Our guide will be waiting near the NewDays convenience store, holding a "Holiday Travel" sign.
17:20
- Departure with the guide at 17:20. You will be guided to the venue on foot together with the group. If you prefer to head to the venue on your own in advance, you are welcome to do so. However, since the seats are reserved as a group, you may need to wait until the guide arrives before entering the viewing area.
18:10
We will arrive at the venue at around 18:10 and guide you to your reserved seating area.
19:00
- 19:00 to 20:30 Fireworks Display. After the fireworks end at 20:30, the event will be dismissed.
- Please make your own way to the station or your accommodation.
◆ Additional Info
⚠︎ Your reserved seating tickets will be handed to you by our guide, who will be waiting for you at Omagari Station on the day of the event. The guide will escort you to the venue and assist you with the entry procedures.
⚠︎ If the reserved seat ticket is lost or cannot be verified, entry will be denied. No reissue of tickets will be provided.
⚠︎ A reserved seat ticket is required for children aged 6 years and older. Children under 6 can enter only if accompanied by a guardian. If a child under 6 requires a seat, a reserved seat ticket is necessary.
⚠︎ Refunds for reserved seat tickets will not be provided unless the event is canceled.
⚠︎ The event may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or other reasons. In the case of postponement or rescheduling, no refunds will be given, and the ticket will remain valid. Please check with the event office or website for details on event status.
⚠︎ Smoking is prohibited outside designated smoking areas. Please smoke only in the designated areas.
⚠︎ The portable toilets at the venue and nearby areas do not provide toilet paper. Please bring your own.
⚠︎ The use of equipment that supports cameras, such as monopods, tripods (except small tabletop tripods), is prohibited outside the photographer's seating area.
⚠︎ The use of tents, chairs, tables, drones, fire equipment (such as portable stoves), and flares is prohibited in the reserved seating area.
⚠︎ Pets (large or small) are not allowed at the venue.
⚠︎ The use of tents or umbrellas is prohibited. In case of rain, we recommend wearing rainwear.
