Held along the wide banks of the Shinano River, this event is far more than just a visual spectacle—it is a deeply moving cultural experience dedicated to peace, memory, and recovery.

What You Will See:

As the sun sets and the vibrant Japanese summer festival atmosphere builds, the night sky will erupt into an unparalleled canvas of light and color. You will marvel at an endless succession of giant, cutting-edge pyrotechnics. The absolute highlight of the night is the legendary "Phoenix" display—a breathtaking, 2-kilometer-wide span of golden fireworks perfectly synchronized to a soaring, emotional musical score. You will also feel the earth-shaking rumble of the "Sho-Sanjakudama," a massive firework shell that explodes into a mesmerizing 600-meter-wide flower overhead.

What You Will Feel and Do:

You will immerse yourself in an authentic and energetic Japanese "Matsuri" (festival) vibe. Surrounded by locals and fellow travelers, you will feel the deep, unifying emotion of the crowd as the sky lights up with prayers for peace. Take in the grand scale, feel the booming sounds reverberate through your body, and create unforgettable summer memories under one of the most magnificent night skies in the world.
