Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai (豊洲 千客万来)

Toyosu Senkaku Banrai was established in February 2024 as a new area in Toyosu Market. The facility consists of two buildings, the Onsen Building and the Shokuraku Building. The Onsen Building is open 24 hours a day and features an open-air bath with a view of Tokyo Bay and a footbath garden with a 360-degree panoramic view of the waterfront. The Shokuraku building has a market where visitors can enjoy fresh seasonal ingredients and delicacies at the eatery or counter, a restaurant district with a concentration of famous restaurants, and popular local stores.

Azabudai Hills(麻布台ヒルズ)

Newly opened in November 2023, Azabudai Hills is a compact city spot with a variety of urban functions including offices, residences, hotels, commercial facilities, and galleries.

Centered on the “Central Plaza,” a relaxing space of approximately 6,000㎡, the area is home to the Mori JP Tower, a 330-meter skyscraper, Garden Plaza, which houses commercial tenants, and Azabudai Residence, which houses residences and a hotel, with approximately 150 stores in each building.

teamLab Borderless Azabudai Hills (チームラボボーダレス 麻布台ヒルズ)

“Mori Building Digital Art Museum: Epson TeamLab Borderless,” which gained immense popularity in Odaiba, attracting approximately 2.3 million visitors within just one year since its opening, has relocated in Azabudai Hills on February 9, 2024.

TeamLab Borderless is a “museum without a map,” where artworks interact and influence each other, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy ‘digital artworks without boundaries’.

Tokyo Midtown Yaesu(東京ミッドタウン八重洲)

Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, fully opened on March 10, 2023, is a large building complex directly connected to the basement of JR Tokyo Station. It is the third Tokyo Midtown to open in Minato-ku, following Akasaka and Hibiya.

Inside are a wide variety of facilities, including fashionable stores, restaurants, offices, hotels, a bus terminal, an elementary school, and a children’s school. It is attracting attention as a spot where people, information, goods and things from Japan and around the world gather to create a variety of new values.

Tokyu Kabukicho Tower (東急歌舞伎町タワー)

Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is a high-rise complex with 48 floors above ground and 5 floors below, consisting of a hotel and entertainment facilities such as a movie theater, theater, and live hall. With the concept of “mastering your favorite things,” it is a facility that has been attracting a lot of attention in recent years.

The “THE TOKYO MATRIX,” a hands-on attraction facility where friends conquer dungeons together; “namco TOKYO,” an amusement center with the latest gashapon and claw machine, events, and shining neon lights; and “Shinjuku Kabuki Hall – Kabuki Yokocho,” an entertainment food hall where food, music, and video are combined under the theme of matsuri. Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter (ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京 – メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッター)

Opening in June 2023, “Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter” is an interactive entertainment facility where visitors can experience behind-the-scenes production of the popular “Harry Potter” and “Fantastic Beasts” film series. It is the first of its kind in Asia and the second to be built after London, UK.

The expansive grounds are filled with numerous movie sets, allowing visitors to explore the world they saw on the screen in a realistic way. There are also exhibits of props and costumes actually used in the movies. This is a must-see spot for fans.

Immersive Fort Tokyo (イマーシブ・フォート東京)

Immersive Fort Tokyo, opening in Odaiba in March 2024, is a hot new theme park where visitors can enjoy an immersive experience that makes them feel as if they have jumped into a story. Visitors can enjoy the magical experience of being immersed in a world where they become the characters involved in the story. The main attraction is the Immersive Theater, a cutting-edge trend in live entertainment! Immersive Theater is a generic term for interactive theatrical productions. It is designed to immerse the audience in the story as the characters involved, creating an experience that makes them feel no boundary between reality and fiction.

ForestGate Daikanyama (フォレストゲート代官山)

This new complex opened in October 2023, right in front of Daikanyama Station in Tokyo. The facility consists of two buildings: the “Main Building,” which consists of a residential area, commercial area, and membership share office, and the “Tenoha Building,” which houses a cafe and event space. There is a supermarket, popular coffee brands, apparel stores, and other stores.

Dogenzaka-dori (道玄坂通)

Dogenzaka-dori is a large complex that opened on August 24, 2023 on the site of the former Don Quijote Shibuya store on Shibuya Dogenzaka. Facing two streets, “Bunka-mura-dori” and “Dogenzaka-dori,” the complex has four entrances and exits. It is a new landmark of Shibuya, where all kinds of people who live, work, visit, and stay in Shibuya gather and intersect, while maintaining the unique charm of Shibuya.

The 1st and 2nd floors are retail floors with a dozen of the hottest gourmet restaurants, cafes, and lifestyle stores; the 3rd to 10th floors are offices with state-of-the-art facilities; and the 11th to 28th floors are the lifestyle boutique hotel “Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya”.

Hashigoro (ハシゴ楼)

Hashigo-ro is a new spot for enjoying food and drinks, opened in July 2023, just a minute walk from Ningyocho Station. It opened on the first five floors of a 10-story building called “M’s Cross Ningyocho.” As a new source of food culture and appeal, it features 18 unique restaurants, including some that are already popular in Tokyo and and so on.

Many restaurants open from 11:00am, so you can enjoy drinks from lunchtime! Also, payment is cashless-only, so you can easily eat and drink with just bring your smartphone or a credit card.
