It’s great that everything is available so you can eat and drink quickly anyway.

I wanted to drink a wide variety of sake, but I held off for now!

Today’s Recommendation

Sake Menu

Kurozukuri (cuttlefish salted [soused] and mixed with its own ink) ¥420

The blackened brew was also very flavorful and definitely a boozy one.

Kanazawa oden: radish ¥320, egg ¥120, scallop ¥450, fu ¥250

The scallops are very large and, needless to say, delicious.
I was surprised that the fu oden was even better than I had imagined! It was soaked in flavor and melted in your mouth.
The dashi is gentle and elegant, and you can eat as much as you like!

glaze-grilled loach ¥200

I ordered glaze-grilled loach, which I had found at Ohmicho Market and was curious about.
In contrast to the size of the dish, the taste of the loach can be felt!
It has a concentrated flavor and is also a good drink.
