The New Year Bread Fair features a total of seven varieties, including an adorable cream bun modeled after the zodiac animal of the year, a luxurious savory bread filled with Matsusaka beef sukiyaki and soft-boiled-style egg, and new year-appropriate breads using chestnuts, black soybeans, and kinako (roasted soybean flour). Meanwhile, the Strawberry Bread Fair offers six varieties of sweet breads where you can enjoy vibrant and sweet-tart strawberries, such as fluffy burgers and crispy Danish pastries made with fresh seasonal strawberries.
