Approximately one million poppies are in full bloom at Ajisaka Poppy Garden in the rural fields of Mitsuyuki, Ogori City. The best time to see the flowers is from early to mid-May.
The Ajisaka Poppy Festival is held over two days, on May 5 (Tuesday, public holiday) and May 6 (Wednesday, holiday), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Local specialty vegetables and other produce will be available for sale at the venue.
