Sunshine City (Ikebukuro, Tokyo) is holding a Case Closed collaboration event titled "Case Closed: Wind-Racing Sunshine City" (名探偵コナン 風駆ける天空都市) from April 8 (Wednesday) to June 7 (Sunday). Taking place across multiple venues including Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbou Park, Sunshine Aquarium, the Alpa specialty shopping area, Sky Restaurant, and the Fountain Plaza, this marks the 8th collaboration between Case Closed and Sunshine City.
The event coincides with the theatrical release of "Detective Conan: The Highway's Fallen Angel" (April 10).

Two mystery rally storylines are available—one for each phase of the event. Participants receive an original metal card upon completion, and those who clear both rallies receive a limited-edition coaster designed like a colored paper card.
Round 1: "The Mystery Lurking in Sweet Temptation" — April 8 (Wed) to May 7 (Thu)
A world-renowned pastry chef hosts a sweets festival at Sunshine 60 Observatory. Conan and friends team up with Chihaya to tackle a sweets-themed mystery and compete for a legendary pancake.

Conan and company join a rally event held at Sunshine 60 Observatory, only to discover a suspicious message hidden among the clues.

Tenbou Park CAFE
Customers spending ¥1,300 or more in a single transaction at the Tenbou Park CAFE receive one randomly selected cheki-style card (designs change between Round 1 and Round 2, 4 designs per round, 8 total). Designs cannot be chosen, and cards are available while supplies last. Observatory admission fee is required separately.

Case Closed Plaza
A pop-up store stocked with Case Closed goods opens exclusively at the observatory for the duration of the event. Items include original goods using event-exclusive illustrations, as well as items exclusive to the Case Closed Plaza.
- Purchases of ¥2,500 or more per transaction receive one randomly selected die-cut sticker (8 designs total)
- Purchases of ¥5,500 or more receive an original tote bag as a novelty gift
Sunshine Aquarium
For the first time at Sunshine Aquarium, an event-limited special sea lion performance is being held. A case breaks out on the aquarium stage—the soccer ball used in the performance has gone missing. Can the sea lion solve the mystery? A special message from Edogawa Conan plays before and after the performance.

- Indoor Rally (free): Follow panels of the Detective Boys around Sunshine City's interior. Completers receive an event-original sticker.
