The Craft Gyoza Festival OSAKA 2025 will be held from November 19 (Wed) to November 24 (Mon, substitute holiday), 2025, at Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park in Osaka. The vendor lineup for this six-day event has been announced, featuring 13 popular gyoza shops from across Japan.
This year's festival brings together restaurants from Hokkaido to Fukuoka, offering a lineup of 25 types of craft gyoza themed around "flexibility and freedom." The festival showcases diverse cooking methods including pan-fried, boiled, deep-fried, and steamed gyoza, with each shop's unique approach to fillings, wrappers, and sauces. Visitors can enjoy craft gyoza and beer at the autumn foliage-adorned venue.
