Typically available only at the DASSAI Store honsha-gura in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, this soft serve ice cream makes a limited appearance at Chocolatier Palet d'Or's event booth during the Valentine's season.

Chocolatier Palet d'Or's soft serve ice cream redefines chocolate soft serve by starting from the cacao bean itself. "Blanc" extracts flavor and aroma from fine cacao particles (cacao fines) produced during the grinding of cacao beans into nibs, creating a unique pale-colored soft serve with a distinct cacao flavor.
"Noir" uses specially blended cacao beans roasted for soft serve, combined with house-made bitter chocolate and house-made cacao powder produced from bean-to-oil extraction. For those who can't choose, "Rendez-vous" offers both flavors, best enjoyed starting from the Blanc side.
