Legast, a Belgian chocolate brand, and Ron Herman Cafe announce their second collaboration with a chocolate box launching January 16, 2026 (Friday) as an online exclusive pre-sale, followed by in-store availability at Ron Herman Cafe and RHC Cafe locations starting January 23, 2026 (Friday).
About Legast
Legast was founded by chocolatier Chibaud Legast and cacao specialist Patricia at their workshop in Braine-le-Conte, a suburb of Brussels, Belgium.
"The taste of chocolate changes depending on the type and origin of cacao" - Legast's greatest characteristic is their thorough commitment to cacao. Patricia collaborates directly with cacao farmers to develop organically grown cacao, sourcing carefully selected beans from various production regions. Legast then pursues optimal roasting methods and temperatures for each selected cacao bean, overseeing every manufacturing process from bean to chocolate. By importing cacao through fair trade, they also contribute to better livelihoods for farmers and cacao conservation.
Introducing Tablet-Type Chocolate for the First Time
This marks Ron Herman Cafe's debut of tablet-type chocolate.
From Legast's diverse flavor range, they've selected two chocolates:
Dark Chocolate: Made with rare cacao from Piura in northern Peru, featuring a fruity taste with deep aromatic depth.
White Chocolate: A Ron Herman Cafe box exclusive, combining sweet-and-sour raspberry with cacao nibs for a gentle sweetness enhanced by textural contrast.
The white-based box containing these two tablet chocolates features the message "TODAY IS BEAUTIFUL."
