Tokyo Disney Resort Introduces New Merchandise and Menus for Disney Halloween and Lazos de la Familia

Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea are holding the special event "Disney Halloween" from Wednesday, September 16 to Saturday, October 31, 2026. Tokyo DisneySea is also holding the special event "Lazos de la Familia," themed around the Disney and Pixar film Coco, from September 16 through Monday, November 2.

Ahead of each event, new special merchandise for park outings and special menu items suited to autumn appetites go on sale starting Tuesday, September 15.

Disney Halloween

Merchandise

Special merchandise for "Disney Halloween" goes on sale starting September 15.

Merchandise designs this year depict Mickey Mouse and friends, dressed in pajamas, wandering into an eerie park after being lured in by ghostly music. Plush badges and a plush charm set feature the pajama-clad characters, with each pajama decorated with a pumpkin motif; on the plush badges, a small ghost peeks out from over a shoulder.

A hoodie featuring a ghost near the pocket and a headband with a spider-web design are also available, letting guests complete a Halloween-ready outfit just by wearing them. At Tokyo Disneyland, scrunchies themed around the Disney Villains are also for sale, inspired by the villains who appear in the parade "The Villains' Halloween 'Into the Frenzy,'" hosted by the Disney Villains.

Merchandise featuring "Kowagari Obake-chan," a shy ghost, and "Kabo Lantern," a pumpkin-lantern character who gently keeps the ghost company, tells a story through its design.

Items include a T-shirt featuring both characters, a headband with two different "Kowagari Obake-chan" expressions on each side, a cap with pumpkin-inspired ears representing "Kabo Lantern," and clip-on plush toys. The clip-on plush toys can be paired with plush costumes, available in five designs including pumpkin and pointed-hat motifs.

Plush charms featuring colorful ghosts are also available, with six designs in total, including a secret design. Other treats include a pound cake to enjoy at home and cream-filled biscuits packaged in colorful ghost-themed drawstring pouches.

Tokyo Disney Resort Frozen Selection introduces a home-size frozen version of the park's Halloween-limited "Churros (Maple Pumpkin)" menu item for the first time. The mellow sweetness of the pumpkin flavor offers a taste unique to autumn: the churros are crispy outside and fluffy inside, and come with a separate packet of maple pumpkin-flavored sugar to sprinkle on top.

Tokyo Disney Resort Frozen Selection items are ordered through the Tokyo Disney Resort App.

  • Purchasing through the app requires a park ticket for same-day admission that has already been used to enter the park.
  • Product details are published in the app starting two days before the sales start date.
  • Merchandise related to special events and programs may sell out or end before the event concludes, depending on availability.
  • Some items may also be sold at Disney Store, depending on stock.
  • Products may be discontinued without notice.

T-shirts featuring Disney Villains — including Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog and Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty — go on sale, along with brooches themed around the Disney Villains. Headbands that complete a Halloween-ready outfit are also available.

Special Menu

A range of menu items to enjoy while exploring the Halloween-decorated parks arrive starting September 15.

At Tokyo Disneyland's La Taverne de Gaston, a portable assort box makes its debut: a hearty combination of pretzel dog, fried chicken, and sauerkraut in a box decorated with Gaston. The restaurant's familiar Berry Cheers drink also gets a Halloween-limited look — the sweet raspberry aroma and refreshing carbonation remain, while a deeper grape color gives the drink a darker mood reminiscent of the Disney Villains.

At Cafe Orleans, an Iced Purple Sweet Potato Cafe Latte combines the restaurant's original blend coffee with purple sweet potato syrup and coffee jelly for a light, easy-to-drink flavor.

At Lookout Cook-Out in Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea, a Halloween-themed Special Lost Kids Snack Box debuts, featuring five kinds of bite-sized snacks — including chewy sweet potato balls filled with sweet potato paste and bone-in sausages for a meaty bite — so guests can enjoy both sweet and savory items in one box.

A Halloween sundae topped with maple pumpkin-flavored churros and caramel popcorn is also available, served with pumpkin soft-serve at Tokyo Disneyland and purple sweet potato soft-serve at Tokyo DisneySea, offering a different color and flavor at each park.

Lazos de la Familia

Special Menu

At Tokyo DisneySea, special menu items for "Lazos de la Familia" arrive from September 15 at two restaurants in Lost River Delta: Yucatan Base Camp Grill, and Miguel's El Dorado Cantina, making its first appearance for the event this year.

Miguel's El Dorado Cantina and Yucatan Base Camp Grill both bring back a festive special drink inspired by the marigold flowers that appear in the film Coco, combining orange and tropical fruit for a refreshing, fruity flavor.

Miguel's El Dorado Cantina also offers a special "Lazos de la Familia" menu: a Tortilla Cheese Dog (spicy sausage, chili con carne, chicken) special set, a hearty dish featuring a tortilla packed with spicy sausage, chili con carne, and cheese, paired with a Mexican-style Shrimp Nachos.

At Yucatan Base Camp Grill, Pan de Muerto (with Orange) returns again this year — a traditional sweet bread fragrant with orange peel, eaten as part of the Mexican tradition Día de los Muertos ("Day of the Dead" in Spanish), which is also the theme of the film.

Merchandise and menu content for both special events is subject to change without notice, and items may sell out or be discontinued during the event period depending on availability.

Coco-Themed Popcorn Bucket and Merchandise

A popcorn bucket and merchandise themed around the film Coco are also available.

The popcorn bucket depicts scenes from the film in colorful papel picado (traditional Mexican cut-paper banners); switching on its light makes the candle and marigolds at the base of the bucket glow. A hoodie inspired by the outfit Miguel wears in the film, a guitar-motif shoulder bag, and a hair clip set themed around marigold flowers are also for sale.
