Starting July 23, 2026, Excelsior Caffè is introducing a new flavor to its "Milce" frozen drink lineup: Milce Honey Lemon, made with the café's signature milk.
Milce Honey Lemon — ¥790 (tax included)

Milce Honey Lemon combines Milce's gentle milk flavor with the sweet aroma of honey and the refreshing tartness of lemon. The drink's four layers — vanilla frozen, milk agar, rare cheese sauce, and yogurt whipped cream — blend with the honey and lemon flavor, becoming more refreshing with every sip.
A "Milce" Built Around Premium Milk
Milce is a frozen drink made with milk from Hokkaido's Nemuro and Kushiro regions — the same milk used in Excelsior Caffè's café lattes. Each layer offers a different texture along with a refreshing yet gentle milk flavor.

Already on Sale: The Milce Lineup
Milce — ¥700 (tax included)

Made with premium milk, the original Milce has a pure white appearance and four layers — vanilla frozen, milk agar, rare cheese sauce, and yogurt whipped cream — offering a different flavor and texture with each sip. It's finished with a topping of feuilletine (finely crushed thin crêpe wafers) for added crunch. Try each layer on its own first, then mix all four together at your own pace for a refreshing, gentle milk flavor.
Milce Espresso — ¥780 (tax included)

Milce's gentle milk flavor is paired with fragrant, mildly bitter espresso and topped with cappuccino powder, for a drink inspired by the flavor of a café latte.
Milce Matcha — ¥780 (tax included)

Milce's gentle milk flavor is combined with richly flavored matcha and topped with matcha powder, balancing mellow creaminess with a touch of bitterness.
