The original manga "Gals Can't Be Kind to Otaku!?" (story by Norishiro-chan, art by Sakana Uozumi) has been adapted into an anime airing since April 2026, currently streaming to strong popularity. It's a romantic comedy about two gyaru girls with very different kinds of appeal and an otaku boy who grow closer through their shared hobbies.
