Happinet Corporation and Amusement Taka Co., Ltd. are opening the 36th franchise location of the capsule toy specialty store gashacoco on Friday, July 31, 2026. The new shop, gashacoco Well Played Happy's Saidaiji Mall, will be the brand's first franchise location in Okayama Prefecture and marks the first collaboration between Happinet and Amusement Taka.
First gashacoco Franchise in Okayama Prefecture
Well Played Happy's Saidaiji Mall is a community shopping mall that reopened on the former site of Tenmaya Happy Town Saidaiji. Inside the mall, Amusement Taka operates a trading card specialty store called Well Played, and gashacoco will occupy part of that store — about 20 tsubo — where capsule toy vending machines have been installed to create a dedicated capsule toy corner.
With a wide selection of products and new items added to the lineup every week, gashacoco offers visitors the chance to find something they want — or something they never knew they wanted. The thrill of spinning a machine and not knowing what will come out of the capsule is at the heart of the gashacoco experience.

Opening Campaign
From Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2, visitors who bring an exchange voucher distributed at and near the store, or who add gashacoco Well Played Happy's Saidaiji Mall as a favorite store in the official gashacoco app, can spin a selected capsule toy machine once for free, on a first-come, first-served basis. The campaign covers select capsule toys only and ends once supplies run out.
gashacoco, which operates under the concept "こころおどる、がココにある" ("the excitement of your heart, found right here"), currently runs 154 stores across Japan as of the end of March 2026.
