The atre Ebisu location will offer an early start on March 27 (Friday), including a store-exclusive crepe commemorating the 10th anniversary of atre Ebisu.
The fair features heart-themed sweets that include a crepe topped with a heart-shaped rare cheesecake and a soda float filled with heart-shaped jellies. The menu uses raspberries for a sweet-tart flavor profile and pistachio cream for a richer note.
Heart Rare Cheesecake Crepe – Pistachio Cream & Framboise

This crepe features a heart-shaped rare cheesecake on top, decorated with a gelato pique logo drawn in raspberry powder and finished with an American cherry. Inside the crepe are layers of smooth pistachio cream and custard, with framboise adding a refreshing tart accent. A thin, crushed crepe batter called feuilletine is folded in to provide a light, crispy texture. The result is a multi-layered crepe reminiscent of a cake slice.
Heart White Soda Float – Raspberry Gelato

A clear white soda holds heart-shaped jellies that move with the drink, topped with a scoop of sweet-tart raspberry gelato. The carbonation of the soda, the smooth gelato, and the jelly texture come together for a refreshing sip.

Available only at the atre Ebisu store to mark its 10th anniversary, this crepe is topped with a heart-shaped raspberry rare cheesecake and strawberry cream, coated with red raspberry jam. Inside, pistachio cream and custard are paired with the tartness of framboise, along with feuilletine for a crispy texture. It's a berry-forward creation exclusive to that location.
