The buffet celebrates the combination of sweet and tangy strawberries with rich chocolate, offering guests a chance to fully enjoy the fresh aroma of strawberries and the deep sweetness of chocolate through the "Grand Sweets Buffet: A Feast of Strawberries and Chocolate" at Cafe Restaurant Terrace.
The buffet features over 14 varieties of sweets and pastries, including "Fraisier," a traditional French cake with strawberries and rich butter cream sandwiched between almond-flavored sponge and beautifully finished with strawberry jam on the surface; "Belgian Chocolate Mousse" with an accent of raspberry tartness; and colorful "Strawberry Tarts" that bring out the natural sweetness and acidity of the fruit.
Additionally, patissiers will prepare two desserts right in front of guests: "Strawberry Jubilee," featuring freshly made hot sauces using strawberries, caramel, or liqueur poured over cold vanilla ice cream, and "Patissier's Chocolate Banana," made with the hotel's original blend chocolate.
