Kamakura Les Anges, a patisserie and cafe rooted in Kamakura, Kanagawa, has released a new product called "Wine and Fruit Jelly" (ワインと果実のジュレ) on April 24, 2026 (Friday). The limited-edition summer sweet is available through around the end of August 2026.
About "Wine and Fruit Jelly"
The dessert is made using "Delaware Pink Orange Wine," a rare wine produced by Kamakura Winery (Domaine Natsume) in Kamakura. The wine's rich aroma and flavor are preserved in a light, refreshing fruity jelly. The product contains 0.8% alcohol per piece.
It can be enjoyed in two ways: chilled in the refrigerator as a smooth, juicy jelly, or frozen in the freezer as a sorbet with a satisfying icy texture. The dual-use format makes it a versatile treat for the summer season.

The wine used is "Delaware Pink Orange Wine" from Kamakura Winery (Domaine Natsume), which won a bronze medal at the internationally recognized "Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) 2025." The development team visited the winery directly to learn about the brewing process and the producers' vision. Feedback from the winery staff and customers also shaped the final product.

To complement the delicate, aromatic qualities of Delaware grapes grown in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture, an original fragrance extracted from the wine was combined with refreshing pink grapefruit. The result is an elegant dessert where fruit sweetness and a light, cooling sensation come together in balance.
