The well-known Tokyo Tsukishima restaurant "Tsukishima Monjayaki Moheji" has expanded with its new brand "MOHEJI." The concept focuses on "Tradition × Innovation," combining authentic Tsukishima traditions with creative menu items that offer fresh approaches to enjoying monjayaki.
Of course, "Tsukishima Monjayaki Moheji's" distinctive features remain intact: the "monjayaki broth simmered with a unique blend of seafood, chicken stock, and aromatic vegetables," "carefully selected seafood chosen by the founding owner's family business - a fishmonger established in the fourth year of Meiji (1871)," and "the style where all monjayaki is grilled by staff right in front of customers' eyes."
