Oddspark Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshikazu Takamatsu), which operates Oddspark, the online betting service for publicly managed sports, will open "Oddspark! BAR in Matsudo" inside Matsudo Keirin for two days only, Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23, 2026. The pop-up bar coincides with the Matsudo Keirin 76th Anniversary Sansan Diamond Masamitsu Takizawa Cup G3 (松戸競輪開設76周年記念燦燦ダイヤモンド滝澤正光杯G3, hereafter the "Masamitsu Takizawa Cup G3"), a G3 race held at Matsudo Keirin from Saturday, August 22 through Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The event lets visitors enjoy watching the races on a large screen along with food and cold drinks.
In addition, for those unable to visit Matsudo Keirin in person, Oddspark will also broadcast a livestream from the venue, Oddspark Live, so they can enjoy the atmosphere from wherever they are. Oddspark Live is a free program on Oddspark's official YouTube channel that streams live coverage of notable local horse racing, keirin, and auto racing events.

Oddspark! BAR in Matsudo
For two days only, Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23, 2026, "Oddspark! BAR in Matsudo" will open inside Matsudo Keirin. Guests include former Girls Keirin racer Misaki Nohara, along with talents Nami Seto and Tsukasa Wachi, who will join in race-prediction talk and an on-site Garapon (lottery wheel) challenge exclusive to visitors. A bar truck will serve drinks and food, and a rest area with a large screen will be set up. Live commentary will also come from Iori Mikamo, the announcer covering Toride Keirin, and Eiichi Nishiyama, the announcer covering Kawasaki Keirin, bringing the excitement of the races to life. Enjoy the heated action of the Masamitsu Takizawa Cup G3 on-site with a drink or a bite to eat.

Misaki Nohara (Former Girls Keirin Racer)
A former Girls Keirin racer from Ito, Shizuoka Prefecture. During her racing career she competed under the registered name "Misaki Ogawa," belonged to the Shizuoka branch of the Japan Keirin Racers' Association, and was a member of the 106th class of the Japan Keirin School. She is now active as a keirin broadcast commentator, event MC, and reporter, sharing the appeal of keirin widely.
Nami Seto (Talent)
Born in Kagawa Prefecture. Known as the keirin-loving "Manshaken Hunter Onami," she is active across gravure modeling, variety shows, and events. Standing 163 cm tall, she puts her height and athletic build to use across a wide range of fields.
Tsukasa Wachi (Talent)
Active mainly in gravure modeling, alongside variety shows, stage productions, and dramas. In recent years, as a talent known for her love of keirin, she has increasingly taken on MC roles for keirin livestreams.
Prize Drawing for Oddspark! BAR in Matsudo Visitors
During the event, Oddspark members who visit Oddspark! BAR in Matsudo can take part in a Garapon (lottery wheel) drawing for drink and food vouchers. In a nod to Chiba Prefecture, the event's host location, this time's prizes are grilled clam skewers and asari clam skewers from "Ikadayaki Honpo Shojo" in Katori, Chiba Prefecture — the same items also available as prizes exchangeable for tickets earned through the "Ticket Challenge" running from Tuesday, August 18 to Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Participation Requirements
Eligibility requires meeting all of the following conditions.
- Be a registered Oddspark member and visit Oddspark! BAR in Matsudo
- Purchase at least ¥1,000 in betting tickets per race for that day's Matsudo Keirin races through Oddspark
- Scan the QR code shown by staff at the drawing venue that day to access the entry form and register

- A drink/food voucher bundled with one grilled clam skewer and two asari clam skewers (one set)
- A drink or food voucher (good for one drink or one dish)

*Those who register as new members on an eligible day and meet the conditions are also eligible.
