(Headquarters: Tomigusuku, Okinawa Prefecture; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hajime Murano) is releasing "OUTDOORSPICE Horinishi × Orion Edamame Flavor" on August 7, 2026 (Friday), a collaboration with Mimona Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Katsuragi, Ito District, Wakayama Prefecture; President: Michio Ikeda) and its "OUTDOORSPICE Horinishi" line.
The new spice recreates the savory aroma and clean sweetness of edamame, the classic beer-time snack, designed to go well with beer itself. It grew out of a shared wish from both brands to make time spent gathered around beer even more enjoyable and rewarding — bringing together Orion Beer's brand concept "OUR HAPPY HOUR," happy time spent with people close to you, and the value OUTDOORSPICE Horinishi holds dear: fun times gathered around the table.
The four-colored ring on Orion Beer's packaging represents the sun's red, the ocean's blue, the sky's pale blue, and beer's yellow, while also symbolizing "yuimaru," the Okinawan spirit of connection and mutual support among people. Carrying that same spirit, this new product is designed to add richness to toasts shared with friends and family. Its savory, moderately sweet edamame flavor, tuned to go with beer, works well seasoning meat, fish, and vegetable dishes, and makes a good match for snacks too — suited to everything from outdoor cooking to home meals.
