PAIKAJI COFFEE, a coffee brand born from Okinawa's luxury aloha shirt brand PAIKAJI, is set to launch a new bottled straight iced coffee in mid-June 2026.
The new product, PAIKAJI COFFEE BLACK COFFEE, comes in a 500ml glass bottle designed for effortless enjoyment — simply pour it straight from the fridge into a glass. For a more resort-inspired feel, the coffee can also be poured over a glass filled with plenty of ice.

The Coffee Beans
The coffee used is "Ashenafi Nega Dega Natural," sourced from Aricha village in the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The village is situated about 6km east of the town of Yirgacheffe, in a mountainous area at altitudes exceeding 2,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by indigenous trees including acacia, African cordia, fig, and ensete.
Semi-forest coffee is cultivated across many farms in the area, using native trees for shade. The surrounding region also produces mangoes, bananas, avocados, and corn. Producer Ashenafi Nega manages the entire process in-house — from cherry purchasing through to shipping — and has personally invested in supporting local farmers and developing local infrastructure.
The flavor profile features vibrant fruit character reminiscent of blueberry, with a refreshing, cinnamon-like sweetness. When enjoyed cold, the coffee reveals delicate lingering notes of apple and black tea.
Packaging
The bottle's label features tropical plants and vivid birds that are central to the PAIKAJI COFFEE brand identity. Set against the black glass bottle, the design strikes a balance between luxurious and the open, free-spirited atmosphere of Okinawa. Distribution will roll out gradually through hotel shops, resort facilities, and gift shops.
